C# Window Application and Sqlserver connection error

Hello friends, I develop C# window Application with SSMSQLSERVER and everything work fine me laptop but when I run the setup on a different laptop it keeps giving me,

A network related or instant-specific error occured while establishing a connection to Sql server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verified that the instant is correct and that sqlserver is configured to allow remote connection ( provide: Sql Network interfaces, error 26-Error Locating Server/instance specified.
